Due to the brief server outage we mentioned on Sunday, ticket counts in the UserVoice Helpdesk sidebar were not updating unless you refereshed the browser. This should now be resolved. No tickets were actually lost, but you may have not spotted tickets until now because of an incorrect count. Email notifications would have been delivered as per normal.
We'll be replacing the system that failed in the near future, but in the meantime we'll be keeping a closer eye on it. Our apologies for any delayed responses caused by this…thankfully, it happened during a low-traffic period.
