Late last week some bug fixing we were doing created a brand-new bug (isn't it fun how that works?): data was lost for some custom fields in Helpdesk that allowed write-in values. In other words, if you had a field called “Link to bug tracker” in which you entered a URL, the URL was missing.
Thankfully, our awesome ops team keeps significant backups. It took some elbow grease, but everyone's data should now have been restored. Much thanks to the customer who reported it!
