Update – 1:50pm PDT - We've given things a thorough QA and it looks like everything worked as planned! UserVoice is back online! Kudos to our awesome engineering team. That said, if you're seeing absolutely anything weird, let us know here, on Twitter, or send us a ticket.
Update – 12:47pm PDT - Things look like they were successfully transitioned, but we're going to do a thorough QA run to be sure. If all looks well we'll hopefully be online in 30 minutes or less. If we see any issues, we may be delayed as we fix them.
Update – 10:35am PDT - Things are progressing well, but we expect at least another hour of downtime.
Update – 10:01am PDT - This downtime is related to UserVoice, and UserVoice only. If you are looking for another company, please wait a few hours and their support page will be back up.
The scheduled downtime which we mentioned earlier in the month (And several times since then, so we're hoping you're aware of it!) has now begun. We expect it to last for around three hours, during which time Feedback tabs won't show up and portal pages will display a downtime notice. You can get the full rundown here.
