There will be an emergency down time affecting all UserVoice accounts tonight, Friday October 30th, at 11:00PDT. This unfortunately is out of our control, as our hosting provider needs to swap out a failed drive on their shelf. The outage should only be around 15-30 minutes.

UPDATE 2/25 – We pushed out a new release yesterday and so far it’s made a massive improvement in load times. We’ve also fixed and re-enabled emails. There are a few more patches coming down the pike for performance but we’re mostly out of the woods. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

We deployed a few changes to UserVoice this morning that resulted in a couple of hiccups in our service. Sorry about that!
