UserVoice removes usage limits on its plans!

As of yesterday (February 17, 2010) we’ve removed usage limits on all UserVoice accounts in favor of a “fair usage limit.”

Simply put that means if you’re not a website with more than 10M pageviews a month, then you have unlimited usage. If you are, we want to talk to you about your goals so we can provide excellent service for your account.

What does that mean for accounts moving forward?

UserVoice Launches Civic Engagement Grant Program

California couldn’t be in much more budget trouble, and we’ve already helped the City of Santa Cruz use citizen engagement to make difficult budget decisions, so we’re really happy to announce our partnership with Common Sense California for the first-of-its-kind “Online Public Engagement Grant Program,” offering free implementation and training of the UserVoice online platform for public participation efforts around the state.
